SRD Grant Declined? Here’s What to Do

If your SRD grant was declined, you may still be able to appeal. First, check the reason for the decline, then submit an appeal through the official SRD appeals website using your ID number and cellphone number.

Each declined month must be appealed separately. After submitting your appeal, you can check the status online while the Independent Tribunal reviews your case.

Steps to Appeal

1. Check your SRD status and decline reason.

2. Confirm your ID number, phone number, and banking details are correct.

3. Visit the official SRD appeals website.

4. Enter your ID number and cellphone number.

5. Select the declined month.

6. Submit your appeal.

7. Check your appeal status regularly.
